Why blufyre.com
Boutique, by design.
Boutique, by design.
Not by accident.
Most consultancies grow until the people who closed your deal stop being the people who deliver your work. blufyre.com is built to never do that.
The whole comparison.

Common questions
Five things buyers always want to know.
- What does “small but mighty” actually mean for delivery?
- Our in-house team is small on purpose — senior, certified, accountable. Every engagement is led from that team. We extend it with two optional layers: a bench of certified gig admins for tactical work and an offshore capacity tier when projects need to compress timelines. You always know which tier is doing what.
- What about engagements that genuinely need a lot of hands?
- That’s exactly when the gig-admin bench and offshore tier earn their keep. We staff the right shape of team for the work and put a senior consultant on the architecture seat across all of it. The difference from a traditional SI is that the senior is actually the one designing — not just appearing on the kickoff call.
- What if a consultant on my engagement becomes unavailable?
- Every engagement is documented as we build: architecture, decision logs, runbooks, source under version control. Anyone on our in-house team can pick up an engagement from those artifacts; nothing lives only in someone’s head. That same documentation belongs to you at the end.
- How does cost compare to a big-firm SI?
- Usually meaningfully less for comparable scope — we don’t carry the managed-services overhead, and we’re not padding T&M with offshore quality-tax. The honest caveat: if you need a 30-person team starting Monday, we’re not the right fit. We’re the right fit when you want senior leadership on a real problem.
- Do you offer fractional architecture or advisory work?
- Yes. Some clients keep blufyre.com on retainer for a few hours a week — code review, architecture decisions, ‘don’t-do-that’ sanity checks on in-house work. It’s often the most cost-effective use of senior Salesforce help.
